Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we will not be able to accept any returns. However, in case of any damaged packaging or quality issues, please write to us on hello@brownsbakery.com and allow us some time to inspect the issue and get back to you. The return window will remain open till 7 days from the date of delivery. 

The products of Brown’s Bakery are of the highest standard and quality and appropriate measures are taken with regards to hygiene and standards keeping in mind consumer needs and preferences. Refunds can take up to 7-14 working days to be processed.
